COURSES

Here are the 2023-2024 schedules,

Classes end on Saturday 24 June and resume on Monday 4 September.

The 2024 school show will take place at the Cultural Centre in Auderghem on Wednesday 29 May 2024.

Many of you, following my training in body-psychology, have asked me: I have recently started offering private lessons in classical dance as well as in abdo-other.

Most of you already know the main lines of my work: the idea is to go even further in finesse and subtlety and especially to develop a tailor-made work. The objectives will always be those that are close to my heart: to aim for a technique that is as mechanically correct as possible, musicality, confidence, stage presence, interpretation… thanks to careful listening and observation while relying on diverse and multiple knowledge and body techniques.

My objective is to give you keys that can be used as a lever in group classes but also in your daily life… The classes will be given at La Passerelle. Do not hesitate to send me an email to know the schedules and the prices.

Type Description
Ballet 1 For children aged 6 and 7 years (first and second year of primary school), a first approach to ballet, floor work, barre work and a short sequence in the middle followed by large movements. REGISTRATION
Ballet 2 For children aged 8 and 9 years (third and fourth year of primary school), barre work and in the middle; emphasis is placed on the position of the body and importance is placed on stretching. REGISTRATION
Ballet 3 For children aged 10 and 11 (fifth and sixth year of primary school), intermediate level ballet lessons. Importance is placed on strengthening the ankles. For some, it is the start of learning to dance with pointe shoes (lesson + p means specific pointe lessons). In general, this lesson is open to girls from the age of 11-12 years but sometimes later because one must wait for the bone structure and general musculature of the body to be strong enough to support pointe work without damage.
It is not compulsory to learn pointes — each person has their own path!
At the end of this level, 2 lessons/week are compulsory.
